ALL 8TH GRADE STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE HIGH SCHOOL REQUEST FORM.  Please visit the MPS High School Request Center at http://highschoolrequest.mpls.k12.mn.us/  If the link does not work, copy and paste the url into your browser.  You do not need to complete the paper form for school request, or visit one of the student placement centers (this is only if you are switching schools in the current school year).

 

*Requests must be submitted by Friday, February 16.*

 

The pathway high school for Lake Harriet Community School is Southwest High School.  Please take time to review your school options by typing in your home address into the Online Request Center (link above).  

 

Student’s whose request form is not received by February 16 will be considered on a “space-available” basis.
