Southwest FTC Robotics seeks middle school students for new teams to compete in next year’s game! Join us for details and robot demonstrations: 7 - 8 PM on Thursday, May 30th in the Southwest High School Commons (enter at 47th & Beard). We are a Southwest school club targeting middle school students in the Southwest attendance area.

This year 23 girls and 6 boys (including several from Lake Harriet) formed five teams, putting in strong showings across the board!

Team Tesseract (Grier M and Parker S) had a strong season, highlighted by a second place finish at their final League Meet. The Killjoys (including Lael T, Beckett N, and Theo N) improved all season and earned a Judge’s Award at the League Championships. Finally team CAATS (including Arman K and Emily S) finished at or near the top of the rankings in all their competitions including at the State Championships where they were the first-ever Minneapolis team to captain an alliance during the elimination rounds. Congratulations to all!
