LHLC is going to the Ordway May 30th for grades 1-3. They will be seeing Step Afrika! at Ordway's 2014 Flint Hills International Children's Festival.

Step Afrika! is the first professional company dedicated to the art of stepping, a traditional form of body percussion developed by African American college students. Stepping is based on a long and rich tradition in African-based communities. The dancers use movement, stomps, claps, and chants to create a percussive dance experience like no other, Step Afrika! is sure to enthrall and engage audiences with their highly visual rhythmic performances!
