Looking for some new books to read during the Read-A-Thon? Reading books nominated for the Maud Hart Lovelace Award (grades 3-8) and Star of the North Award (grades K-2) is a great way to explore new books, add to Read-A-Thon minutes, AND vote for a favorite book. Books can be read by classroom teachers, students can check out books and read on their own, and parents can read to their children. Nominated books are available in the both media centers, public libraries, and local bookstores. Ballots for voting will be available in classrooms and the media centers in March.
