Upper Campus students will receive overdue book notices this week. PLEASE ASK YOUR CHILDREN IF THEY'VE RECEIVED A NOTICE and encourage a rigorous search for those missing books. If books are lost or damaged, students should pay the replacement fee or talk to me in the library for alternative solutions (like reading down their fines). Learning to be responsible for lost and missing materials is an important piece of the library experience. Plus, it keeps our library full of great books to share!
