A Note from the Principals

Retirement:  All good things must come to an end therefore I have decided to end my tenure as principal in the Minneapolis School System effective July 1, 2014.  I began my teaching career in Columbus, Ohio in 1974 and now, after forty years, it is time for me to pursue new goals in my life.

My new goals are:

• To connect more closely with my husband of 42 years.
• To take better care of my 95 year old mother-in-law who has lived with us for the past eleven years.
• To engage more with my grandchildren.

I have enjoyed your children and the opportunity to serve you.
