Registration is open for Minnesota Ultimate Spring Co-Ed Middle School League for students in grades 5-8. Practice is typically after school, 2 days per week and game days are on Sundays. For more information click here

Girls: There will be two free introductory girls ultimate clinics sometime in March. The dates are not yet set, stay tuned...

League Cost: $115, plus $11.50 USA Ultimate membership. Need based scholarships are available. This cost covers 2 jerseys for every player, a disc for every player, equipment, field, tournament and coaching expenses.
