I am here to tell you about sleep deprivation which is a very important issue. Sleep deprivation is caused by not getting the recommended hours of sleep. School aged kids should get about 9 to 11 hours of sleep, which I know most of us are not getting. Sleep deprivation causes drowsiness and difficulty concentrating in school. The effects of sleep deprivation include getting lower grades and more frequent infections. Sleep deprivation is most notable in young adults. l know some of us are not willing to turn off our screens and go to bed. But sleep is more important than playing on screens!!
