Free Lake Harriet Day at the Bakken this Saturday

This Saturday, November 10th, is FREE Lake Harriet Day at the Bakken.  Not only is the museum FREE for all Lake Harriet families on this day, but it is a "Super Science Second Saturday." which means that there are extra fun things going on! 

Here is the information from the Bakken's website, :

This November 10th, create electrical magic with The Bakken Museum! Make light-up wands and learn all about secret switches and how they work. Don’t forget to play at the AxMan table to continue learning about switches and test out your own hypotheses. And what good would magic be without some tricks thrown in? Impress your friends after learning the ins and outs of shocking science magic!

Schedule of Events:

10AM – 4PM: Put your mind to the test and create buzzers, light up lights, and power motors by circuit building at the AxMan table!

10AM - 4PM: Learn all about secret switches at the Discovery Table!

11AM & 2PM:  Nate the Great Magician’s Science Magic Show

12PM – 3PM: Create a magic wand!
