Dear Parents,

I am looking for parent volunteers for the annual Phillips eye screening. Two volunteers per shift are needed.  The screening dates and shift times are as follows:

Lower Campus:

3/5   9:45-12:45 (one shift filled, need one)

      12:45-3:45

3/6   9:45-1:15

Upper Campus:

3/7   9:45-12:45

      12:45-3:45

The rescreen dates are 3/13 for Lower Campus and 3/14 for Upper Campus.  Parent volunteers will not be needed on that date.
