LHCS Dragons Volleyball Wins Semi-Championship

A successful season by the LHCS Girl's Volleyball Team will continue thanks to a fabulous win Tuesday evening over Field Middle School.  The LHCS team, coached by Peg Eiden, defeated Field at North High School in the Minneapolis Middle School Semi-Finals and it was a nail-biter.  After losing a close first game to the Field Mice by just a few points, the team rallied to win the second game with solid play and some phenomenal volleys.  The team then won the final and deciding game with confident play.  Marcy Open Middle School beat Anwatin in the other semi-final game, and the two teams will play in the Championship at South High School this Friday, October 25, at 5:30.  Come and support the team!
