Congratulations to all of the GISE and GEMS teams that competed in the Minneapolis Regional First Lego League (FLL) Tournament on Saturday, January 27 at Anishinabe Academy. LHCS Upper students spent fourth months designing and programming robots, researching and finding innovative solutions to problems with the human water cycle, and learning how to be an effective team. Their work paid off, with Lake Harriet Upper teams winning top awards in almost every category, including three out of five research project awards. We are particularly proud of our rookie 4th grade teams who were outstanding!
