Each year in K-4th Grade, MPS screens students to identify Advanced Learners. Students may be referred for screening by a teacher, or parent/guardian.
If your 4th grader has not been identified as an advanced learner at the Lower Campus or another MPS school, or if you are new to our district and you would like to have your child screened this year, please sign and return by 10/7/19 the referral & consent form emailed home this week by 4th Grade homeroom teachers.
The screening process includes the Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT7) that will be administered between October 21 and November 8, 2019 during the school day.
