Volunteers Needed for 8th Grade Recognition Ceremony
Monday, May 9, 2016 6:45 AM

We are looking for 7th grade (but open!) parent volunteers to help with the 8th Grade Recognition Ceremony, Monday, June 6, 2016. This year we are trying something new. We would like to have 7th grade parents plan and run this event so that the 8th grade parents can kick back and enjoy the celebration. The hope is that this "gift" will give back when it's our children in the 8th grade. However, volunteers with students of any age are appreciated.

We have 3 primary planners: Maureen Shinall, Alaina Herfindal and Rhonda Bonnabeau. The three of us are working together to make sure all the plans happen, but we could use help with the details as we get closer to the event. Help with decorations, food, ceremony wranglers, set-up and cleanup are all needed. Next to each volunteer slot is a brief description of the responsibilities and Maureen, Alaina or Rhonda will reach out to you to work on the details and answer any questions. If you have questions before signing on, please feel free to contact any of us.
