Reminder and exclusion date to 7th grade parents:

The health office is still looking for a few students who have not turned in the dates when they received the required immunizations; TD/TDAP and the Meningococcal. The exclusion date will be Monday, January 4th 2016.

Please make sure the health office receives any updated immunization forms (or the conscientious objection form) you may have before Winter break to avoid any interruption of school. Those students without the proper forms on January 4 will need to be picked up from school and may not return until the proper forms have been received.
