The School Request Center for high school opens Tuesday, November 15. All students planning to attend a Minneapolis public high school will need to complete the online school request form. Please note that if you visit the school request site prior to November 15 it will refer you to one of the physical placement offices to enroll. At this time, it is set up to help you determine which high school is your community school. Click here and follow the prompts to confirm or find out.
School request forms are due Saturday, February 4, 2017. If you do not complete a request form by the deadline date, you may not get into the high school of your choice. ALL students must complete this form and follow the enrollment process for high school.

(Southwest is the pathway for LHCS and community school for Linden Hills/Fulton neighborhoods but enrollment is not automatic, all students must submit a school request.)
