ALC at upper campus, the before/after school extended learning program, has been given a makeover! Teachers are offering students new and interesting ways to approach extended learning before and after regular school hours. With the idea that we teach the whole child, there are course offerings that engage students mentally, physically and creatively in ways they can relate to and find interesting. Along with literacy and math support, students can choose course offerings such as: Coding, Service Learning, Making a Democracy and Weight Training...to name a few! These classes have limited space, but are open to all students as space is available. Sign up soon to reserve a spot! Some classes have already started, but may still have openings, others start in November and January.
