t’s time to think about keeping your child academically engaged this summer! Minneapolis Community Education will be offering CAHOOTS to students currently in grades PreK-5. This workbook based correspondence program for math and reading is designed to align with the district’s curriculum and support learning and reflection skills. Reflection Buddies will provide encouragement and responses to your child’s work. When you enroll in CAHOOTS, your child will receive:
• A fun workbook to help review material from the school year
• Lessons in Math and Language Arts
• Weekly reflections and a Reflection Buddy
• 6 weeks of lessons for entering K; 8 weeks for entering grades 1-6
• A game board and game piece to track progress
