Free COVID-19 vaccines are now widely available to anyone 16 years and older. For questions about the vaccines or for help registering to get a vaccine, call 612.348.8900. Assistance is available in English, Spanish, Somali and Hmong.
Some key facts to know about vaccines include:
  • Vaccines are safe, effective and easy.
  • The vaccine is free.
  • You are not required to get the vaccine.
  • Health insurance is not required.
  • You will not be asked to show documentation of your immigration status.
  • If you receive a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine (Moderna or Pfizer) it’s important to get your second dose for full protection.
  • Answers to frequently asked questions about the vaccines are available on the Hennepin County website.
