Southwest High School will dedicate its new lights this Thursday, August 29 at a football game between SWHS and Central High School. They will be dedicating the stadium in honor of former coaches Art Frederickson and Dave Peterson; introducing Harvey Feldman, the 1961 alum who donated the funds for the lights; introducing a number of other SW grads and giving away free tee-shirts to the first 250 fans wearing SW logo wear or purple. We even have a former Miss American and SWHS alum singing the national anthem. Come support our local high school!
Game starts at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for students. More information available at the Southwest High School website. Thanks!
