On Friday, Oct. 30th Southwest Community Education will be hosting their annual family Halloween party virtually! The event will run from 7:00-8:00pm and includes a costume contest, magic show, musical performance, raffle giveaways and more!
While you may miss the smell of freshly popped popcorn hovering in the air, we’re bringing all the fun you expect from our annual Halloween parties to your living room, streaming to your device. Children can send in a picture to be entered into our costume contest. There will be pumpkin carving & face painting demonstrations. Parents and kids will be entered for door prize drawings donated by local businesses. Enjoy a special musical performance and cap the evening off with a magic show for all to enjoy. The first fifty households (within 5 miles of Southwest High School) to enroll will also get a Halloween Goodie bag of candy and prizes delivered the night of the party. We also encourage you to carry on our tradition of supporting local food shelves by making a monetary donation at https://www.joyceuptownfoodshelf.org/ways-to-help.
