We are hosting a Flu Clinic in the Upper Campus Media Center/Atrium Area, from 4:30-8pm on Tuesday, October 19. Participants receiving their flu shot will be required to wear a mask. Everyone in the building is also required to wear a mask. Any participants who have any symptom of COVID-19 per CDC guidelines will not be vaccinated. Please come with your registration form filled out ahead of time and please bring your own pen. We will have printed forms on site for those without printer access. Insurance is not required, but if you have it please fill out that section too. Please wear clothing allowing easy access to your upper arm.
