Flu Shot Clinic at Lower Campus Cancelled - note changes

Please note - the October 14th flu clinic at Lake Harriet Lower has been cancelled. See below for the Flu Clinic details at the Upper Campus on October 13, 3:30-5:30 pm
This year, our annual flu shot clinic will be held outside Lake Harriet Upper Campus from 3:30-5:30 pm on Tuesday, October 13th on the playground located on the south side of the school. Masks will be required and social distancing observed. Anyone is welcome, whether a student, parent, faculty or friend.
Please be sure to bring insurance cards (if insured) for everyone planning to receive a flu shot or flu mist. To help things run smoothly, we urge everyone to complete the Flu Clinic Registration Form before the clinic and bring the completed forms (one per person) with you on the13th.
Details on other flu clinics in the area are available here. Anyone can attend, students, families, you do not need to attend the hosting school to receive vaccines.
