Our Licensed School Nurse Sarah Holden, RN, MSN, will be on site at Lake Harriet Lower on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pam Higgins, LPN is the nurse on site in the health office daily.

The Health office staff read all Health Information Forms submitted for students, and will follow up with parents for students with higher health concerns. If your child has asthma, diabetes, significant allergies, seizures or other higher concerns and you have not already discussed the concern with the school nurse, or there are changes to your student's health plan, please contact the Health Office or Licensed School Nurse directly.

Remember: all medications administered at school need yearly signed authorization from parent and provider. You may want to obtain this information prior to in-person school start.
