During the 2019-2020 school year, our school will be reapplying for the Minnesota School of Excellence program. We feel this application will help us build upon our strengths, identify opportunities for growth and plan for school improvements.
We are asking you, members of our school community, to assess the strengths of our school in terms of six standards for effective elementary and middle level schools (as determined by the Minnesota Elementary School Principal Association).
We kindly request that you complete a self-study that contains several strategies in each of six School of Excellence standards. Within each strategy, you are asked to consider indicators of that strategy and rank them on a scale of 1 to 5 as to how evident each indicator is in our school.
