Come to this awesome mixed level hatha yoga class led by certified yoga instructor Ronna Rochell!  She has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and not only knows how to teach yoga, she knows how to make it fun!  Ronna is an expert in teaching a variety of levels of experience, and will provide options for beginning students, as well as options for more advanced students.

Please bring your mat, block and strap if you have one…extras provided.

Everyone welcome…snacks served after class!

Parties Galore- Bicycle Tour of Metro Taprooms

Calling all cyclists!

Join LCHS parents for a day of biking and tasting!  The stops include Harriet Brewing, near the intersection of Hiawatha and Lake Street, Day Block Brewery downtown on Washington Avenue, and a stop at Fulton Brewing next to the Target Center! 

The entire route will be almost exclusively on dedicated bike paths, and we will provide several tour chaperones who will ensure all levels of cyclists are welcome, and nobody gets left behind!

The route will begin at the south side of Lake Calhoun, and will provide safe and easy ways for people to bike back to Linden Hills at any point during the tour.

Must be 21 years of age.

Participants responsible for food and drink purchase, but discounts may be available.
