GEMS (Girls in Engineering, Math and Science) and GISE (Guys in Science and Engineering) is an Extracurricular program for students who are interested in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math which utilizes team-based, hands-on projects.  It is open to fourth through eighth grade students who are willing to participate as a part of a team with once or twice-weekly practices/meetings and 3 weekend tournaments during the September-May season. Activities include homework and research, interviews and “engineering design”.   It is an involved program where both homework completion and attendance at meetings are required so please ensure you can commit to the schedule.  Meetings are held at the school or in the coach’s home. Read the GISE and GEMS Program webpage to find out much more.

Due to high demand, inclusion in the class may need to be handled by lottery.  If you are not picked for a spot, we will put you on a priority list for the following year.

Mr. Marchetti will hand out registration forms, or you can access our webpage.
