Standard 4 = Quality instruction. This standard discussed creating a culture of continuous learning for adults, tied to student learning and other school goals.

In our self-study, 14% of the respondents ranked this with a 1 or 2 indicating the following as an area for growth: provide time, structure and opportunities for adults to plan, work, reflect and celebrate together to improve practice. For each standard there were several indicators. The ranking was 1-5, 5 indicating Outstanding and 1 being below average.
