Take the GEMS & GISE Challenge!

A Summer filled with fun, hands-on problem and project based investigations in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math! The application deadline is March 16th. Listed below is a brief overview of the programming that will be offered this summer.

GEMS/GISE STEM Academies: Students may apply for both programs.

Pillsbury K-8 Summer STEM Academy - GEMS-GISE at Pillsbury School: June 15th through July 23rd ·

Augsburg 4-8 Summer STEM Academy - GEMS-GISE at Augsburg College: August 3rd – August 14th

Students Explore:

• Robotics
• Engineering Design
• Tech4Boyz/Tech4Girlz
• Programming- Learn to Code
• STEM in the GYM
• Garage Band Studio
• Art of Design
• NASA Summer of Innovation-STEM Explorations
• Bridges and Other Amazing Structure
• Simple Machines and Mechanisms

Students do not need to be currently enrolled in gems-GISE to submit an application. Think about it; your students could have 8 weeks of great summer programming (6 at Pillsbury and 2 at Augsburg).
